Balance Summary Report
Summary
The balance summary report is one of a few summary reports that are available in the system.
Generating the Report
There are three options when generating this report.
- District: You can select a single district or if you collect for multiple districts, you can choose the "Select All" option to print all districts on a single report.
- Billing: The Billing that you wish to print the report over
- Tax: The specific tax that you wish to generate the report for.
Intended Use
The intended use for the balance summary report is to show the current balance of the selected tax. The report will show everything from the originally billed totals, the amount of bill that have been collected and at what value (ie. Discount, Face, or Penalty). It also shows the amounts distributed and yet to be distributed.
