After logging into the site, you'll come across the Tax Collector Home Page:

Navigating the site

The main form of navigation for the site is via the sidebar. The sidebar can be accessed by either hovering over the individual icons with your mouse cursor, or opened and closed with a button located at the top left corner of the screen.

Each of the main menu items describe their contents.
