Summary​

The Unpaid Bills Report is a multi-page report used to show the bills that have yet to be paid.

Generating the Report​

There are four options when generating this report.

  • Municipality(District): You can select a single district or if you collect for multiple districts, you can choose the "Select All" option to print all districts on a single report.
  • Type: The type, or billing, can be selected. Current options are "County/Township" or "School".
  • Paid: Whether the bills on the report have been paid or not. Please Note: If generating the report with paid bills, the report does not represent what was actually collected by the tax collector. The report will only show the bills and their amounts.
  • Detailed: There are two formats for this report, a condensed or detailed report.

Intended Use​

The intended use for the Unpaid Bills Report is to show the tax collector which bills are going to be sent to tax claim. This list is designed to show the breakdowns and totals for those properties left unpaid.
