Minor Version Update 1.7.3

This update includes many minor changes, UI updates, and quality of life improvements.

Changes​

Payment Page​

The receive payment page had a few quality of life and UI updates.

  • The Mortgage File Upload modal has a changed look and feel. The functionality has all stayed the same, but we have tightened up how the popup looks and acts.
  • A previous payer info button has been added to the payer info section. Follow this link to see the changes
  • Added payer name to selected payments box.
  • Update to payment logic
    • When a bill is selected, if there is no payment added already, the payer info box will populate with the owner information.
    • If a payment has already been added, the payer info box will populate with the previous payer information.

Certification Page​

There has been a minor change to certifications. The Situs address has been added to the actual certification that gets printed out.

Balance Summary Report​

Added "select all" to billing selector. This allows for the balance summary report to collapse all interims and the annual billing into one report for the selected tax.

Added the "End Of Year" Menu option. Moved Settlement Report, Unpaid Bills Report, Seated Land Report, and Date of Levy Report to new menu option.

Multi Function Buttons:​

  • The multi function buttons have been changed. You no longer have to click on the option you want and then click the button again to initiate the action. The action will automatically trigger when the option is selected.

Additions​

Admin Page​

The Admin Distribution Page is a totally new addition to the software. This page contains many administrative modules such as:

  • Searching through tax collector distributions
  • Printing Commissions Reports and Remittance Receipts for distributions
  • Uploading/Managing Non-GSS user distributions
  • Running imports on Additions/Address Changes from CAMA systems

Seated Land Report​

The Seated Land Report is a report used for settlement. Not all counties will have access to this report.

Date of Levy Report​

The Date of Levy Report is a report used for settlement. Not all counties will have access to this report.

Excel Export Page​

The excel export page allows tax collectors to generate excel files for their taxes. For more information, please follow this link
