Hello all! This update includes the introduction of a brand new feature. The tax collector system will now be offering the ability to process credit card and e-check payments online.
This new feature will be available for the tax collectors that have opted in and have set up an account with our partnered payment processor, MSB Payments.
Online payments can be made either through a publicly accessible site or through the tax collector site. To view the public portal, you will need to know the URL for the site by either contacting the relevant authority at the county or by looking on your county's website where it should be listed. To make a payment through the tax collector site, please refer to the Receive Payment Page on the documentation site. The receive payment page has been updated to include the step by step procedure for how to go about taking a credit card or e-check payment.
