This update contains the addition of a new page. The distribute refunds page allows you to mark the refunds you've generated as distributed or paid out.
This page allows you to distribute the refunds generated through this system. It also allows you to edit those refunds before you distribute them and create notes to attach to those refunds. This page also displays a graph for the first time in the tax collector software. We plan on adding more graphs like these to some of the other pages at a later date.
